After more than 3 months of waiting, I finally got my result on the Microsoft Test 71-243 “Administering & Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager”.
Normally I don’t do beta tests, but as a Configuration Manager MVP, I thought that this might be the right test to try, and it was really great to take the test before the product was even released.
When we took the test, I was told that the result would be available within 6-8 weeks. As it turned out, it was closer to 15 weeks!
Helmer Zandbergen has a blog post that explains what happened, and why it took so long to get the test results.
If you took the beta test and you want to know the result, you can find your test result here:

Enjoy.

Congrats! Was is difficult?
It depends 🙂
Overall I this the test was ok. I didn’t get any score so I don’t know if I just made it, or was 100% correct!
But you need to know your logfiles, if you plan to pass this test.
Most Admins with +3 years of experience with Configuration Manager, and have worked with CM12 in a lab for +6 months, should have a good shoot at this test.
Congrats Ronni. Is that 71-243 or 70-243 exam code ? typo Error 😉
It was 71-243 for the beta test, but I’m not sure if the public test will be renamed to 70-243. On my transcript it just says “243”.
