Microsoft has designed a Private Cloud certification that is built on Windows Server 2008 and System Center 2012. The Private Cloud certification requires to pass 3 exams on Windows Server 2008 (Exams 640, 642, & 643). When you pass all the Windows Server exams, you need two System Center exams to achieve the Private Cloud certification.

Once you have achieved the Private Cloud certification, you will be required to show continued ability to perform on the latest versions of the Private Cloud technology by passing a recertification exam every 3 years.
